Duties
- Conduct engaging flight training sessions for students, focusing on safety, technical skills, and operational procedures
- Supervise student pilots during flights, ensuring adherence to aviation regulations and safety protocols
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to enhance student performance and confidence
- Prepare detailed lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs and progress levels
- Maintain accurate records of flight hours, assessments, and training milestones
- Assist in organizing training schedules and coordinating with ground staff for seamless operations
- Support multilingual communication by utilizing language skills such as English, French, Chinese, Hindi, or Spanish to accommodate diverse student backgrounds
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
