Duties

- Conduct flight training sessions for students at various skill levels, emphasizing safety, navigation, and aircraft handling techniques.
- Prepare and review lesson plans aligned with regulatory standards and training objectives.
- Assess student progress through evaluations,



providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, flight hours, and student performance in compliance with aviation authority requirements.
- Supervise pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to reinforce learning points and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with ground staff and other instructors to coordinate training schedules and ensure seamless instructional delivery.
- Promote a culture of safety by enforcing operational procedures, conducting risk assessments, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
