We are looking for a professional, energetic and organized flower shop assistant!

15-35 hours per week available.

Responsibilities

- Organizing daily deliveries (phone orders, packing, communication with delivery drivers)
- Assist in daily operations and all customer service aspects
- Front of house organization
- Water and maintain indoor plants
- Maintain open communication with employer and colleagues
- Able to work well under pressure during rushes and able to multitask
- Able to work in a small team
- Process daily/weekly inventory (lifting, carrying)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Flexibility with scheduling, particularly during busy holidays (Valentines, Mothers Day and Christmas)

Qualifications:




- Customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Computer skills is an asset. POS and social media platform experience is a bonus
- Exudes professionalism and positivity
- Strong, independent and confident learner/worker

*Amount of experience reflects hourly wage Job Type: Part-time
