This hourly paid position (plus tips) offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Cluster, ensuring all requests are correctly entered
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle transactions accurately, including printing bills, obtaining member signatures & end of shift cash-out responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and kitchen requirements
- Assist with food preparation if needed and ensure compliance with food safety regulations (field bar shifts require simple sandwich preparation)




- Manage member inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

- Bilingual
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Cluster POS or similar platforms
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment using excellent time management skills
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, food preparation, and kitchen procedures is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
