Busser / Food Runner — Growth Opportunity

Casa Catrina Mexican Restaurant & Bar is looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Busser / Food Runner to join our team!

This is a great prospect for someone who wants to learn the restaurant business, gain serving and bartending experience, and grow within the company. We are happy to promote from within when team members demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

- Run food and drinks to tables quickly and accurately
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Assist servers and bartenders during busy periods
- Keep the dining room, service areas, and stations clean and organized
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Support the team wherever needed during busy service
- Provide friendly and professional service to our guests
- Learn our menu, service standards, and restaurant operations

What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual

- Team player who is willing to help wherever needed
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- Must be comfortable standing and being active for extended periods
- Evening and weekend availability is an asset
