Overview

We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and customer-focused Food Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations

- Supervise, train, and schedule employees

- Ensure high standards of customer service

- Monitor food quality, preparation, and presentation

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels

- Control food waste and operating costs

- Handle customer concerns professionally

- Complete opening and closing procedures

- Ensure company policies and health & safety requirements are followed

- Assist with sales, promotions,



and daily store targets

- Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail management is preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable, organized, and responsible

- Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Food Handler Certificate is an asset

- Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends

- Strong customer service skills

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
