Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and skilled Formwork Carpenters, Helpers, and Labourers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the framework for concrete structures, ensuring precision and safety throughout the process. You will work closely with project managers, civil contractors, and other trades to deliver high-quality results on time and within safety standards. This is a paid position that values your contribution and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

- Erect, assemble, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction of forms
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly.
- Maintain tools and keep the work area organized.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry,



or related fields; familiarity with concrete forming is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries
- Willingness to learn new skills such as blueprint reading.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Responsible for their own transportation to various work sites.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
