Lenbeth Group of Companies is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Waterproofing & Repair Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on construction position involving residential waterproofing, foundation repairs, sump installations, drainage solutions, and other related repair work. The successful candidate will work as part of a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to Lenbeth’s high standards.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and is willing to learn and develop their skills within the waterproofing and construction industry.

Position Responsibilities

- Perform residential waterproofing and foundation repair work.
- Assist with excavation, foundation preparation, waterproofing, drainage, and backfilling.
- Install and assist with sump pumps, sump systems, and related drainage solutions.
- Complete repairs and installations according to company specifications and industry standards.
- Follow jobsite plans, instructions, and established work procedures.
- Safely operate and work around construction equipment and tools.
- Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Identify and report jobsite concerns, hazards, damaged materials, or equipment issues to the appropriate lead or manager.
- Work cooperatively with coworkers, subcontractors, site superintendents, and other trades.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers when working on their property.
- Treat customer homes and property with care and respect.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.




- Follow applicable provincial, municipal, and industry safety requirements.
- Participate in safety meetings and required training.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in positive working condition.
- Keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
- Assist with jobsite clean-up and restoration following completion of work.
- Complete required paperwork, job sheets, photos, or electronic documentation.
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Perform other duties related to waterproofing, foundation repair, and construction as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous construction, excavation, waterproofing, foundation repair, or general labour experience is an asset.
- A valid driver's licence is an asset.
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, shoveling, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- The ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.




- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding, outdoor construction position.

Technicians should be comfortable working:

- Outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Around excavation and construction equipment
- In confined or challenging work areas
- On residential construction sites
- For extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and shoveling
