Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and metal framing components with precision using hand tools and power tools
- Construct concrete forms for foundations, walls, and other structures, ensuring proper alignment and stability
- Install drywall panels, siding, and other exterior or interior finishing materials according to project specifications
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or preparing sites for framing work




- Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing surfaces and applying sealants as needed
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged framing or structures following safety standards

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
- Experience with concrete forming, drywall installation, siding, or carpentry preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly
- Familiarity with woodworking techniques and construction safety protocols
- Prior construction experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
