Role Description The Freelance Brand Ambassador role at KAYALI is a part-time, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC. In this role, the Brand Ambassador will represent KAYALI in retail and event environments, engaging with customers to share brand stories, fragrance profiles, and layering tips. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming and educating customers, demonstrating products, supporting sales through informed recommendations, and maintaining an inviting, well-organized display area.

The Brand

Ambassador will actively promote brand awareness, collect customer feedback,



and communicate insights to the broader team. This role may also involve participating in special events, sampling initiatives, and social media content support in collaboration with local partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create welcoming, memorable experiences for customers.
- Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent KAYALI consistently and effectively across retail and event settings.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain fragrance notes, layering techniques, and brand values in an engaging way.
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail is beneficial, along with a genuine passion for scents and storytelling.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, stand for extended periods, and collaborate with store staff and KAYALI team members.
- Comfort interacting with diverse customers, with a respectful and inclusive approach in all engagements.
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale processes and an understanding of retail etiquette is an asset.
