Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Freelance Social Content Creator. The person in this role will plan and create social media content across platforms to support clients’ audience and community goals.

Day-to-day work includes developing content calendars, writing posts and captions, producing short-form video or visual assets, and adapting content to different channels and audiences.





The Freelance Social Content Creator is expected to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content.

Qualifications

- Strong social media content creation skills, including short-form video, visual storytelling, and platform-specific copywriting.
- Experience developing content aligned with audience and community objectives.
- Proficiency with common social media and design tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Canva, Adobe or similar tools).
- Clear and inclusive written communication skills, with attention to brand voice and community guidelines.
- Strong organization, time management, and self-directed work habits in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with audience-driven or membership-based businesses is a bonus.
- Prior freelance or agency experience and a portfolio of social content work are strongly preferred.
