Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic French Tutor to inspire learners of all ages, Elementary Grades upto grade 8, High school geades also preferred, to master the French language! In this role, you will design engaging lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and tailor your teaching approach to meet each student’s unique needs. Your enthusiasm for language education will motivate students to develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French while also exploring cultural nuances.

Duties

- Develop customized lesson plans that align with students’ proficiency levels and learning goals in French
- Deliver dynamic, interactive tutoring sessions that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises
- Use multimedia tools and authentic materials to enhance language acquisition and cultural understanding
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different age groups, learning styles, and language backgrounds such as Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese, or English




- Create a supportive environment that encourages active participation and confidence building among students
- Maintain detailed records of lessons, student progress, and areas for future focus

Skills

- Fluency in French with excellent pronunciation and grammar skills
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese, or English is highly desirable
- Proven experience working with children or in classroom settings is preferred
- Strong writing skills for creating engaging lesson materials and assessments
- Effective tutoring or teaching experience that demonstrates the ability to adapt to diverse learners
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate students
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity and growth
