The Park West Inn is seeking a friendly and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a smile
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate and helpful information
- Assist guests with inquiries and swiftly resolve any concerns
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and inviting
- Support night audit duties including balancing accounts and generating reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service, ideally in hospitality
- Comfortable using phone systems and hotel booking software
- Solid communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and understanding of guest service standards
Shifts Available:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
