Role Description The Front Desk Staff role is a full time, on-site position located in the London, Canada Metropolitan Area. In this role, the team member greets guests, manages check-in and check-out processes, and responds to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations, processing payments, updating guest information in hotel systems, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

The role also involves resolving guest concerns,



coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring the front desk area remains welcoming, organized, and professional.

Staff are expected to maintain high standards of customer service, follow hotel policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive, smooth-running guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing calls, messages, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Solid computer literacy, with comfort using reservation systems, email, and basic office software.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous front desk, hotel, or customer-facing experience is an asset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
