Job Position:Front Room Team member

A&W; Greely is looking to fill multiple Front room & Kitchen positions.

The Front Room Crew ensures an excellent experience for their guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. The Front Room Crew cares for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty. The Front Room Crew also ensures the dining room is kept clean and presentable and contributes to achieving A&W; operating standards for the restaurant.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Effective communication skills.
- Greeting and Serving guest
- Handling guest orders in front room and drive thru responsibly.
- Taking responsibility to maintain a clean dining room as well as other facilities utilized by guests.
- Being accountable for and maintaining designated cashier float, as well as receipts and coupons.
- Value flexibility – this includes availability to work flexible hours like early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Walking and standing for long periods of time




- Ability to lift weights up 50LB

Work Experience:

- A&W; or Fast Food work experience is an asset, but no minimum requirement

Pay Rate: $17.60 -$18.50 per hour Job Type: Full-time

- Fast food: 1 year (preferred)
