Full Time Call Centre Agent

Location: Regina, SK (In-Office)

Compensation: $17/hr (+ benefits)

Love helping people but hate the pressure of sales? At We An-Ser, we do things differently. We provide essential inbound communication support for medical offices, skilled services, property management, and more.

Your day-today will be managing a high-volume of inbound calls and ensuring any message taken is captured efficiently with accuracy. To be set up for success, you will be trained on our internal advanced call processing systems and industry-leading tools. We are an inbound call center only, so telemarketing calls or sales solicitations are not part of the role.

We are looking for dedicated, open-minded individuals who are looking for a long-term career and bring an upbeat tone, a strong command of English, and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Additionally,
