Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across all dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to uphold safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely order completion




- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment maintenance and sanitation practices

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities in a busy culinary environment
