We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and efficiently during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and ingredient handling.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food products following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.




- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler Certification is considered an asset.
