Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of the TSSA act and health and safety policies. The role involves operating various power equipment and performing tasks that ensure a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and repair various surfaces throughout the complex
- Apply protective and decorative coatings as necessary
- Operate compressors and other power equipment properly
- Maintain standards for safety and cleanliness
- Assist other trades and perform snow clearance duties as required

Requirements:

- Certification of Apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license with clean abstract
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in using various painting tools and materials
