We are currently recruiting for multiple positions at a large government office facility in North Bay, Ontario. These roles are ideal for experienced cleaning and facilities professionals who are reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, team-based environment.

1. Working Supervisor

Pay: $28–$32 per hour The Working Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership while directing the cleaning team and ensuring daily service requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and support cleaning staff
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching
- Conduct inspections and monitor cleaning quality
- Assist with daily staffing and coverage
- Ensure employees follow proper cleaning procedures and safety requirements
- Address operational issues and report concerns to management
- Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when required

1. Supervisor

Pay: $25–$29 per hour The Supervisor will oversee assigned shifts and ensure employees meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily shift operations
- Monitor employee attendance and performance
- Assign duties and coordinate workload
- Monitor productivity and cleaning quality
- Conduct regular inspections
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
- Address employee and operational concerns
- Maintain accurate shift records and reports




- Communicate effectively with management and the client when required

1. Supervisor's Assistant

Pay: $23–$27 per hour The Supervisor's Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the supervisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with employee schedules and shift coverage
- Maintain timesheets and attendance records
- Complete daily logs and operational records
- Assist with reporting and documentation
- Support supervisors with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help coordinate staff communication and coverage
- Ensure records are accurate and up to date

General Qualifications For all positions, candidates should have:
- 2+ years of experience in the applicable role and/or commercial cleaning industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain service standards
- Reliability and professionalism
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently
- Previous supervisory or management experience, where applicable
- Experience in commercial, institutional, or government facility cleaning is an asset
