Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Full Time Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests receive attentive service without delay.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by recommending popular dishes or specials.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all payments received.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen stations, and service areas in compliance with food safety regulations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring each guest leaves satisfied.

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; experience in the food industry is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering.
- Robust time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and transaction processing.
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
