Duties

- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide detailed product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that match their preferences and space requirements
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, ensuring timely and efficient furniture deliveries
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture items during delivery appointments while maintaining safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills




- Handle cashiering duties with professionalism, including basic math calculations for transactions
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves as needed, and ensure the store remains visually appealing

Qualifications

- Solid written and verbal English communication skills required
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is advantageous for understanding product features and customer engagement
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette for engaging with clients remotely or in-store
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and sales tasks efficiently
- Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting furniture during deliveries safely and efficiently
