Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Contractor Construction to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure, managing diverse teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with safety standards. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating multiple facets of construction management, utilizing advanced software tools, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.

Duties

- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Review and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project workflows.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools for scheduling, estimating, and project tracking.
- Develop accurate construction estimates through detailed analysis of project requirements and resource needs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control,



and adherence to schematics.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, budgets, risks, and milestones for stakeholders.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that emphasizes communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting complex schematics for diverse construction projects.
- Extensive experience with construction estimating techniques to accurately forecast costs and resources.
- Robust knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and related tools.
- Skilled in civil engineering concepts relevant to heavy civil projects such as site grading and infrastructure design.
- Demonstrated ability in project management—planning, scheduling (Primavera P6), budgeting, risk mitigation—and leadership.
- Deep understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with schematics development for complex structural or civil systems.
