General Construction Labourer & Skid-Steer Operator

Greene Homes – New Home Construction

Greene Homes is looking for a General Construction Labourer & Skid-Steer Operator to join our team in current home construction.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a construction team. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general construction labour and assist trades and site crews as required
- Safely operate skid-steer loaders and various other construction machinery
- Complete rough grading and prepare building sites
- Assist with installing services for new home construction
- Perform site clean-up and ongoing site maintenance
- Cut grass and maintain construction sites and surrounding areas
- Perform seasonal snow removal
- Load, move, and organize construction materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
- Perform other general construction and equipment-related duties as required

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working on a construction site is an asset




- Experience operating a skid-steer and other construction equipment is an asset
- General knowledge of construction practices and job-site safety
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting as required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
