You'll lead a full team of department heads across fitness, member experience, recovery, food and beverage, kids programming, and facilities. Club support sits behind you. Both management and specialist growth tracks exist at Altea - because we know not everyone's path looks the same.

You bring emotional intelligence to a multi-disciplinary team every single day. Your team should be able to run at a high level whether you're in the building or not. Run the Operation - Safety, compliance, facility presentation, opening and closing protocols. 7+ years of senior operations leadership in a premium fitness, hospitality,



or lifestyle environment ~ A genuine track record of developing people - not just managing them ~ University degree in a related field preferred ~ This is a senior role compensated at a level that reflects the caliber of person we're looking for.
