POSITION OVERVIEW

- Outpatient dental practice focused on bread and butter dentistry
- Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- High-volume Medicaid-focused patient population
- Robust clinical support and established workflows
- No cosmetic dentistry pressure
- Clinical autonomy with experienced dental leadership support

COMPENSATION

- Base Salary: $170,000 - $210,000
- Productivity Bonus Structure
- NHSC Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up to $50,000
- 401(k) with 3% Employer Match
- Malpractice Coverage Included

SCHEDULE

- Monday-Friday Schedule
- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- No Traditional Call Schedule
- Predictable 8-Hour Workdays

ROLE

- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Perform examinations, restorative care, and extractions
- Treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Deliver patient-centered care in an underserved community
- Maintain quality clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dental support staff and leadership

Requirements • DDS or DMD Degree REQUIRED

- Active Florida Dental License or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED

- Ability To Work In A High-Volume Environment REQUIRED
