Firma is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our growing team. Wage: $50.00/hr Company Truck Oversee and coordinate multiple concrete crews and Foremen across active projects. Lead daily construction operations, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within production targets. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and workflow across multiple crews. Provide direction and support to Foremen to ensure consistent productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor concrete placing, finishing, curing, and protection procedures. Conduct and support daily FLHAs, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.

Identify and resolve field issues, coordinating with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other site personnel. Monitor production, manpower, equipment utilization, and overall job progress. Complete and review daily reports, timecards, production tracking, and other required documentation.

Ensure crews follow company policies, project specifications, and safety requirements. Assist with project planning,



scheduling, and coordination to maintain efficient site operations. Mentor and develop Foremen and crew members, promoting strong leadership and accountability. Communicate effectively with Superintendents, Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Foreman, Senior Foreman, or similar leadership role in concrete construction. Extensive experience in commercial and industrial concrete construction. Robust knowledge of concrete placing, finishing, and construction processes. Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple crews and Foremen simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage production, quality, safety, and manpower expectations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Valid

Class 5 Driver's License. Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required.
