The General

Laborer is responsible for supporting daily production operations, including handling raw materials, loading and unloading products, and assisting machine operators with setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting. Typical tasks include stacking, sorting, and packaging containers, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. The role also involves routine inspections of materials for damage or defects, proper use of hand tools and equipment, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and safely operating basic tools and equipment.




- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions, read simple work orders, and perform basic measurements and counts.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and safe material-handling practices.
- Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented production environment.
- Basic communication skills to coordinate tasks with supervisors and coworkers and report issues promptly.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor roles is an asset but not required; willingness to learn and follow training is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
