Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the work site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general site cleanup to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety standards
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages or damages

Requirements





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow instructions carefully
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining project timelines
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
