General Manager – Future CEO Track | B2C SaaS Remote | Full-time | Executive Leadership Role RapidSeedbox is a profitable, bootstrapped B2C SaaS company providing online privacy and infrastructure solutions to thousands of customers worldwide through a self-service subscription model. We are looking for an ambitious, product-minded General Manager to lead the company through its next stage of growth. This is not a traditional corporate management position.

Optimize the full B2C customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, churn reduction, and monetization.

Partner closely with technical teams and translate business priorities into clear initiatives.

Stay close to customers and use their behavior and feedback to guide product and growth decisions.

Gradually assume full ownership of the company’s P&L; and financial performance.





A track record of helping a SaaS business grow within or beyond the $1M–$5M ARR range.

Leadership experience working across Product, Growth, Engineering, or other technical functions.

Strong analytical skills and experience using funnels, cohorts, experimentation, customer insights, and unit economics to guide decisions.

Experience leading distributed and multicultural remote teams.

Previous P&L; ownership or responsibility for the performance of a business unit is highly valued.

Fluent English and excellent communication skills. Profiles coming from Product, Growth, or cross-functional B2C SaaS leadership roles—such as VP of Product, CPO, Head of Growth, Business Unit Leader, or General Manager—may be especially relevant. A fully remote leadership chance in a profitable and established B2C SaaS company.
