Job Title: Golang Developer

As a Golang Developer, you will join our growing squad as part of the strategy to offer more services and a better user experience to our clients in the Cybersecurity space . You will be working to design and implement new features, tooling, and automations to support Cybersecurity controls and improve resiliency and reliability .

Responsibilities:

As a team member, you will work on a variety of tasks, ranging from:

- Feature design and development for security controls .
- Implementing tooling or AI agents for vulnerability analysis and cyber resiliency .
- Service delivery and DevOps tasks.
- Developing testing frameworks and suites.
- Participating in an on-call rotation.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our services through remediations against security findings, development, automation, and effective observability solutions.
- Enforcing adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, and usability design standards.
- Developing current integrations and onboarding new tools to support business needs and integrate with our client's technology ecosystem.
- Participating in design discussions, code reviews, and various Agile ceremonies .




- Delivering knowledge sharing and participating in cross-pollination of good practices and standards across our Vault squad and broader security organization, providing documentation and presentations.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years development experience for backend/full-stack Golang including REST APIs and microservices concepts.
- 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes, including Helm .
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of Azure, AWS, and GCP services.
- Solid skills in AI-enhanced software design and development .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach.

Skills:

- Experience with IBM HashiCorp products such as Vault or Terraform.
- Experience with AI agent development , including leveraging MCP, A2A, or Vector DBs in AI agent development.
- Experience with concepts such as Retry patterns, Circuit breakers, Idempotency, Service discovery, and API gateways.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline technologies such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
- Experience with reliability best practices, such as SLOs, incident response, and observability engineering.
- Experience with cybersecurity practices , such as encryption at rest and in transit, secret management, CVE remediation, authentication/authorization, and PKI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach.
