We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests
- Uphold front desk operations with attention to detail and hospitality standards
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in front desk or hotel customer service roles is preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience working in a hospitality environment, including hotel experience, is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are desirable to serve a diverse guest base
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
