Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Solution Design:

Lead the architectural design of Guidewire PolicyCenter, defining patterns for Product Model configuration, Advanced Product Designer (APD), underwriting rules, quoting lifecycles, and policy servicing.

- Enterprise Integration Framework:

Architect robust, decoupled integration ecosystems connecting PolicyCenter with external rating engines, bureau reporting (ISO/NCCI),



payment gateways, document generation platforms, and customer portals.

- Cloud Modernization:

Guide teams on Guidewire Cloud standards, utilizing

Guidewire Cloud APIs, Integration Gateway (IG), and App Events to replace legacy plugins and maintain cloud updateability.

- Technical Governance:

Conduct Architecture Design Reviews (ADRs), code reviews, and performance tuning sessions (Gosu, DB queries, batch processes, and payload serialization).

- Stakeholder Alignment:

Collaborate with business analysts, enterprise architects, and underwriting stakeholders to translate complex insurance requirements into robust technical specifications.
