Duties

- Develop comprehensive training plans tailored to athletes’ skill levels and team goals, ensuring continuous improvement and peak performance
- Lead daily practice sessions, providing clear instruction, constructive feedback, and motivation to foster growth and confidence
- Strategize game plans and tactics for competitions, analyzing opponents and adjusting strategies to maximize chances of victory
- Cultivate a positive team culture by promoting respect, discipline, and camaraderie among athletes and staff
- Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments, maintaining detailed records of performance metrics and development milestones
- Coordinate with assistant coaches, trainers, and support staff to ensure seamless team operations and athlete well-being




- Represent the program at community events, recruiting efforts, and media engagements to enhance visibility and attract new talent

Skills

- Proven experience in coaching at competitive levels with a strong understanding of sport-specific techniques and strategies
- Exceptional teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
