FLINT is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators with experience in forestry, mining, quarrying, utilities, heavy civil construction, and transportation industries . This is an opportunity to work on dynamic industrial, civil, and construction projects while being part of a company that values safety, teamwork, and growth opportunities.

Operate a variety of heavy equipment in support of construction, earthworks, maintenance, and industrial projects.

Perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation.





Work closely with supervisors and crew members to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Support site activities while adapting to changing project requirements and conditions.

Experience operating one or more pieces of heavy equipment, including: Excavators

Articulated Trucks

Rock Trucks

Other heavy construction and earthmoving equipment Ability to work in industrial, construction, civil, mining, or maintenance environments.

Valid driver's license and the ability to meet site access requirements.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
