About the Role

LG Home Comfort is seeking motivated, personable Home Comfort Advisors to join our growing team across Ontario. In this role, you'll guide homeowners through the sales cycle — from initial consultation to quote to close — recommending the right comfort solutions for their home while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Guide homeowners through the full sales cycle, from consultation to quote to close
- Recommend appropriate comfort solutions, including furnaces, A/Cs, water heaters, and purification systems
- Stay current on promotions, rebates, and product offerings
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat/referral business
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer availability,



including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

- Sales experience required (HVAC knowledge is an asset, but not required)
- Valid G-Class driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and organizational skills
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
