Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others to attract top talent across various departments.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns proactively, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
- Oversee HR program management initiatives including onboarding, training & development, performance management, and succession planning to promote continuous growth.
- Implement and optimize HRIS systems like UltiPro, Dayforce, Kronos, ADP, Ceridian, and PeopleSoft to streamline data collection, payroll processing, and reporting activities.
- Drive process improvements within HR functions by analyzing data trends using data analysis skills to enhance efficiency and accuracy.




- Supervise HR team members ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while providing guidance on change management strategies.
- Negotiate employment terms with candidates and vendors to secure beneficial agreements aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing complex projects.
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques including sourcing strategies through HR sourcing channels.
- Familiarity with major HR software platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian for payroll and HR data management.
- Demonstrated ability in change management processes to support organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and employment offers.
- Experience in training & development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ability to analyze data effectively for decision-making purposes related to HR metrics and workforce planning.
