Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Administrator, where you will be the vital link in managing and streamlining our HR operations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to influence employee experience, optimize HR systems, and support organizational growth through effective HR management practices. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate data, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will drive success across various HR functions.

Duties

- Manage and maintain HR information systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes utilizing ATS tools like Lever, iCIMS, and other sourcing platforms to attract top candidates through effective recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs to support employee development and facilitate change management initiatives within the organization.
- Handle employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting a positive work environment through clear communication.
- Support payroll processing using systems such as ADP and Kronos by collecting data entries, verifying information, and ensuring timely payments.
- Assist with project management tasks related to HR initiatives including system upgrades, process improvements, and compliance projects.




- Conduct data collection and analysis to generate reports that inform HR decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with human resources management systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems including ADP and Kronos; familiarity with HRIS tools is essential.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience in talent acquisition using ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS; knowledge of recruiting best practices is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining high attention to detail during data entry and record keeping.
- Prior administrative experience supporting human resources functions such as training & development, employee relations, or HR sourcing is highly desirable.
