IELTS Instructor (Bilingual: English & Chinese)

About Us

We are an Ontario private secondary school specializing in serving students from China. Our mission is to provide top-quality education and guidance to prepare students for admission to leading universities worldwide. To further support our students, we are seeking passionate and experienced IELTS instructors to join our friendly teaching team.

Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated IELTS Instructors to deliver in-person training sessions to our high school students. The ideal candidate will not only have expertise in English language teaching but also the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese to support our international learners.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, effective, and structured IELTS lessons (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop lesson plans and practice materials tailored to student needs.
- Motivate and support students to achieve their target IELTS scores.




- Collaborate with school staff to ensure student success.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior IELTS teaching or exam preparation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Patient, supportive, and culturally sensitive.

Schedule

- Part-time, in-person teaching on weekdays (evenings and/or afternoons).
