Independent Dental Hygienist — Contract Opportunity (Moncton, NB)

The opportunity A new boutique dental hygiene and whitening studio is opening in Moncton, and we’re looking for an independent hygienist to grow with us.

If you’ve considered independent practice but weren’t ready to sign a lease, buy equipment, and build a brand on your own, this is the middle path. You take on the clinical work and the relationships. We carry the overhead and the risk.

What you’d be doing Full-scope independent hygiene:



assessments, scaling and root planing, polishing, fluoride, whitening, desensitizing, oral health education, and referrals where needed.

What we’re looking for

- Licensed and registered to practise independently in New Brunswick, in good standing with the NBCDHA
- Someone self-directed. There’s no one standing over your shoulder, which is either the best or worst part of this depending on who you are
- Warm with patients, because in a market this size, word of mouth will build this practice faster than any ad we run
- Interested in helping build something, not just filling a schedule. Opinions welcome and expected

The arrangement You’d be engaged as an independent contractor. Compensation is based on production, so what you earn scales with growth. Schedule and days are flexible.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
