Job Overview

Oui Will Transport Inc. is looking for dependable and qualified independent delivery drivers to complete last-mile deliveries throughout Ottawa and Gatineau.

Drivers may use their own delivery van, or a company vehicle may be provided. Compensation is based on a per-package rate, with fuel assistance available.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday (Weekend hours may be available)
- Start time: 7:00 a.m.
- Daily hours may vary depending on package volume

Responsibilities

- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Load and unload packages
- Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
- Verify packages and maintain delivery documentation
- Perform routine vehicle inspections
- Communicate with dispatch, customers and team members regarding routes, delays or delivery issues
- Follow all traffic laws, safety requirements and company procedures
- Provide professional and respectful customer service

Requirements





- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Reliable smartphone with an active data plan
- Previous last-mile delivery experience
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery application
- Professional communication skills
- Physically able to lift packages and complete loading and unloading duties
- Experience using material-handling equipment is an asset
