Join Victoria University as the Director of Infrastructure and Sustainability Management. Reporting to the Associate CAO, you will provide essential leadership in managing the University's infrastructure and sustainability efforts.

Your responsibilities extend to overseeing facilities operations, utilities, and grounds management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role demands developing capital renewal strategies and advising on resource and planning decisions essential for long-term sustainability. You will also manage operational budgets and cultivate relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct operations for building systems and campus infrastructure




- Manage sustainability and decarbonization initiatives
- Develop budgets and long-term infrastructure strategies
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Foster collaboration among diverse teams and partners

Requirements:

- 10+ years in facilities or asset management experience
- Leadership background in complex operations
- Relevant professional certifications
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Knowledge of financial management and project management
