We're Hiring: IT Support Specialist | Sidney, BC

Nicholson Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for a motivated IT professional to support end users, maintain infrastructure, and help deliver IT projects across our organization.

In this role, you will:

- Provide day-to-day technical support both on-site and remotely for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting
- Support end-users across multiple platforms and devices
- Collaborate with IT leadership on continuous improvement initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

Experienced in Windows, Office 365, and networking fundamentals A proactive learner who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment

Experienced with PLM development (a strong plus) - or willing and able to learn through training
