We are actively recruiting an on-site sales representative to join our growing sales team in Mississauga.

Core Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for offered products and services.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow customer accounts.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams regarding inventory availability and delivery requirements.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the company ERP system.

- Self-starter who is motivated and needs little direction
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technology-oriented individual with ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications:
- Obtained post secondary education in business or sales related field
- Fluency in French is beneficial, but not required
- Previous experience in metals, manufacturing, or industrial supply is an asset
