Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Pikcering Durham Region, responsible for guiding customers through the flooring selection and purchasing process. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information and recommendations, preparing quotes, and following up with potential and existing customers to drive sales. The role involves managing leads generated from walk-ins, phone calls, and online requests,



maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and collaborating with store management to meet sales targets.

The Inside Sales

Specialist also supports a positive in-store experience by ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, coordinating with operations on orders and deliveries, and contributing to merchandising and showroom presentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build long-term relationships and deliver a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in retail sales, flooring, home improvement, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Vancouver, BC, with a versatile schedule including weekends as needed.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and basic office software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
