This 100% commission-based hybrid position allows you to work both remotely and in our Oakville office, ensuring you have the flexibility and work-life balance you need. We offer full support and training to help you excel and grow within our company.

Our sales producer position requires a sales-oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking and generating leads skills. You will be enabled to grow your book of business with a competitive compensation structure in a technology-oriented environment.

Duties Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes,



processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Generate new business through existing networks and Centers of influence
- Review quotes and recommends coverage based on individual consumer needs..
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively market insurance products.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with their insurance policies.
- Flexibility to work from office or home

Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is advantageous.
