Intermediate Business Analyst – Hybrid | Lower Mainland, BC

PrecisionERP is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with our client in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia .

The successful candidate will support IT projects and initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Location: Lower Mainland, BC – Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite per week

Contract: October 2026 – March 31, 2027 (with possibility of extension)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - NO remote candidates will be considered

Must-Haves

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT projects and initiatives.
- Robust experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.




- Ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT and requirements traceability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools to enhance requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communications.
