CarByClick is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Internet Sales/BDC Agent to join our growing team.
If you're a confident and motivated individual who's hungry to earn, this is an opportunity to build your income through commission, while maintaining a guaranteed base.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and follow up with provided inbound customer leads
- Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, email and in-person
- Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to delivery
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective customers
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to discuss and secure deals
- Follow-up with past customers/opportunities to generate additional sales
- Collaborate with sales, finance and management to achieve sales goals

What You'll Bring:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong goal-oriented work ethic
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers/leads
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Exceptional phone etiquette and dedication to providing great customer service.
- Strong English communication skills (Additional languages are an asset)
- 1 Year of Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Most importantly: a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Started in 2023, CarByClick is a growing automotive sales company that is changing the way people buy vehicles. Customers don't spend hours walking around dealerships or sitting in a showroom. CarByClick utilizes an online sales model that connects customers with vehicles.
Rather than operating like a traditional store, we focus on working with customers to find the right vehicle for their needs, and making the buying process as easy and convenient as possible. We're able to achieve this by partnering with several established dealers across British Columbia, and taking the entire car buying process online.
Pay: $18.25-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
