We are currently seeking an experienced Independent IT Field Service Technician or business to support our clients in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Main responsibilities :

- Perform technical interventions on the road;
- Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment, including: Computers & laptops, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, Printers & peripherals or Other IT hardware
- Communicate professionally with customers during service visits.
- Complete required service documentation accurately and on time.
- Complete client-required training and certifications.
- Respond to occasional evening, night, and weekend emergency calls.
- Manage and track parts and inventory when required

Qualifications

- Experience in IT field service, desktop support, or hardware break/fix.




- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Reliable, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the service area.
- Ability to pass required background checks and client security clearances.
- No criminal record.
- Availability for occasional evening, night, and weekend emergency service calls.
