What You'll Be Doing

You'll take on electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a mix of commercial, multi-residential, and service work, holding the line on Osprey's standards for safety and craftsmanship. You'll also play a mentorship role, working alongside apprentices and helping them build real skills, and you'll be a steady point of communication with Foremen, Project Managers, and clients on the projects you touch.

What You Bring

- Red Seal certification or a valid Journeyperson ticket
- Solid hands-on experience in residential, commercial, multi-residential, or service electrical work
- The confidence to lead on-site and mentor apprentices without being asked twice
- Sharp problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
- A safety-first mindset and a reliable, team-first attitude
- A valid driver's license
